Welcome to a new medical home in Freeport. We provide acute, chronic and preventive care services for patients of all ages.  Through an on-going relationship with our providers, you can be assured of high quality, compassionate care that is accessible, patient- and family-centered, and comprehensive.

We maintain an “open access” schedule, offering same-day appointments for acute problems or concerns.

We draw our own blood samples, run the usual office lab tests, perform minor surgery (for wound repair or skin biopsies for “lumps and bumps”), and offer cryotherapy for warts and other skin lesions.

We participate in all major insurance plans (except TriCare), as well as Medicare and MaineCare.

For patients with high deductible plans or no insurance coverage, we offer discounts for payment at time of service.
